Tiairyn Taylor known as Tia is an author, speaker, and sales leader with over a decade of experience in life and health insurance. After a layoff during her time at Texas A&M led her family to Omaha, she joined Mutual of Omaha and quickly rose as a top performer, mentor, and trainer. Today she serves as a Policy Sales Manager, developing high-performing teams grounded in faith and mentorship.
She holds a Bachelor of Theology from Redeemed University and serves in women's ministry and choir leadership. She writes from lived experience as a recovered people pleaser, blending Scripture with honest testimony to help readers walk in freedom and holy confidence.
